A PNW Summer getaway
Wild Things is a retreat experience that seeks to bring rad humans together through movement and adventure. Join us this summer July 13th - July 16th as Wild Things goes local - straight to the gorgeous and wild mountains of the lush pacific northwest. Whether you’re looking to deepen your yoga practice, explore a new alpine lake, or connect with like minded humans - we can’t wait to host you.
leavenworth washington
This summer we’ll be traveling to Leavenworth, WA - a fairytale vibe, with a serious selection of mountain activities and craft brews. Leavenworth is the ultimate PNW summer getaway. Leavenworth is a former logging town nestled in the Cascade Mountains, surrounding evergreen forests and the Icicle River. The charming downtown offers shopping, German cuisine, and a slew of breweries.
nearby adventures
Hiking in and around Leavenworth is a magical adventure! We’ll be exploring nearby mountains and lakes by foot and be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding Alpine forest and Wenatchee River.
With hundreds of miles of forest and mountain trails to walk, backpack, run, or ride, we’ll have so much to explore in and around Leavenworth.
RETREAT WILL INCLUDE:
Daily Yoga Classes and Workshops
Yoga classes will be offered throughout the retreat and lead by Sasha Hanway. We will explore different types of yoga and how yoga can support an active athlete - everything from mobility recovery, to power vinyasa, to guided restorative meditation. We will also offer a longer inversion workshop for students who are looking to take their asana practice to the next level.
Breakfast and Lunch
We will be super active during this weekend and mornings! Wild Things is working with the on site kitchen at loge to also provide nutrition breakfast, coffee (lattes are so good at iconoclast), and lunch daily that we can eat on the go.
Hiking
We are here to explore all that cascade mountains have to offer and we are getting after it - early! We will travel to the trailhead of one of the PNW’s most stunning alpine lake hikes before dawn. We will break into different groups depending on traveling speed preference and reconvene at the top. Feel free to pack a swimsuit if you fancy a dip in some of the crystal clear and alpine waters. 🥰
Wifi
Wifi will be available to stay connected.
Other Excursions
Leavenworth alone is worth exploring! We’ll bop around downtown and discover Leavenworth by river as well, with options to raft or take a two mile river float down the icicle river.
Accommodation
We are partnering with LOGE Resorts for an unforgettable rejuvenating stay.
THE SPACE: LOGE CAMPS
We will be partnering with LOGE Camps as our lodging parter. LOGE seeks to bring active humans together to rest and recharge before setting out on their next adventure. So we thought- what could be better?!
