MEET THE FOUNDER

hey wild things! i’m sasha

I’m a yoga teacher, certified holistic nutrition coach, and adventurer. I’m deeply passionate about helping humans find their flow on and off the mat. I teach a creative vinyasa flow style designed to help students explore the edges of their practice, complement their other athletic pursuits, and to help students feel at home in their bodies. My teaching is informed by seven of teaching various formats of yoga (vinyasa, inversion workshops, yoga for athletes), a background in personal training, and love for movement.

can’t wait to adventure with you!

you’ll usually find me…
upside down on my mat with a hot mug of herbal tea by my side.
my favorite place to surf is…
wherever my friends are surfing!
i find community in…
adventuring and moving with others.

I cannot wait to work alongside nicole and her share all her knowledge with us all as we breathe together.

MEET SAM

Sam lives in Seattle and when she is not working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she loves exploring the PNW: hiking, backpacking, trail running, and skiing. Last summer she completed the 211 mile John Muir Trail in California over 15 days and she is currently training for her first 50K ultra marathon near Mt. St. Helens in August. She has also summited the 5 highest mountains in the lower 48 states and hiked in countries all over the world including Peru, Guatemala, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, France, Morocco, and Portugal.  Sam will be facilitating our hiking briefing, leading our hike and adding to the general good vibes.
